Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers on the end-to-end recruitment process • Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing passive candidates • Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews • Update the applicant tracking system in a timely manner
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources • 4+ years of in-house recruitment experience • Proficiency in HR systems like Jobvite or Workday • Advanced bilingual skills in English and French • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
