Key Responsibilities:
• Lead 1GX government-wide training initiatives and assessments
• Design engaging and effective instructor-led and e-learning solutions
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for various audiences




• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate training requirements
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
Requirements:
• Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
