Your role will involve producing detailed financial reports, analyzing results, and guiding management with transparent insights and recommendations. Work with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting and planning efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide variance analysis for monthly results
• Create comprehensive financial reports for leadership
• Support Management with strategic financial insights




• Lead sales commission and performance reporting processes
• Coordinate the budgeting cycle across business units

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields
• Minimum 5 years in FP&A; and financial analysis
• Bilingual communication skills required
• Advanced skills in Excel and reporting tools
• Leadership experience preferred
