Key Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on nursing care, including medication administration and wound care
Conduct health assessments and assist in developing personalized care plans
Support residents physical, emotional, and social well-being
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards
Qualifications:
Current RPN license in valuable standing with the CNO
Experience in retirement or long-term care preferred
Robust clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
