Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement therapeutic programs for youth
• Maintain appropriate records and statistics
• Confer with the treatment team for comprehensive care
• Lead group activities with patients and their families
• Ensure compliance with safety and anti-discrimination policies

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Child & Youth Care
• Experience in a therapeutic milieu is required
• Familiarity with DBT treatment methods preferred
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• CPR certification and knowledge of safety protocols
