Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Nursing, Infection Control, and Quality Assurance
• Develop personalized care plans for recent residents
• Organize in-service education for the Wellness team




• Collaborate on holistic resident care plans
• Plan and monitor department budgeting
Requirements:
• RN or RPN certification with provincial College of Nurses
• 5+ years nursing experience, 3+ years in management
• Certification in First Aid and CPR
• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in medical record systems
