This role leads the orchestration and evolution of theGlobal Architecture & Engineering portfolio, ensuring the organisation is focused on the highest‑value work and operating with clarity, discipline, and measurable impact.Position Responsibilities1. Portfolio Leadership (Architecture & Engineering)Own and continuously optimize theArchitecture & Engineering portfolio, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities and measurable business outcomesDefine and maintain aunified portfolio structure and roadmapspanning architecture domains and engineering enablement initiativesEstablish transparentprioritization, intake, and change control mechanismsthat balance demand, capacity, and strategic valueDrive portfolio‑levelcapacity planning, dependency management, and sequencing, surfacing trade‑offs and actionable recommendations to senior leadershipMonitor portfolio performance and generateinsight‑driven recommendationsto improve impact, delivery effectiveness, and investment allocation2. Risk, Controls & Performance MeasurementOwn therisk, control, and measurement frameworkfor Architecture & EngineeringDefine and maintainKRIs, KPIs, and control structuresthat provide clear visibility into architectural health, delivery risk, and compliance posture3. AI‑First Operating Model TransformationOwn thedesign and execution of an AI‑first operating modelacross Architecture & EngineeringEmbed AI‑native practices such as:Machine‑readable architecture artefacts and metadata‑driven governanceAI‑assisted portfolio insights, forecasting, and risk detectionAutomation of controls, reporting, and governance workflowsAI‑enabled engineering practices (e.G., agentic development, test automation)Define and implementstandardized “golden paths”that enable consistent, scalable adoption across federated teamsDrive adoption of enterprise platforms (e.G., LeanIX, ServiceNow, AI platforms) as anintegrated system of workEstablishmeasurement frameworksto quantify the impact of AI adoption on speed, quality, cost, and resilience4. Operating Model & Execution DisciplineEstablish and evolve theoperating rhythms of Architecture & Engineering(planning, reporting, governance enablement, performance reviews)Driveexecution discipline across the portfolio, proactively identifying and resolving cross‑team dependencies and blockersEnableself‑service transparencythrough dashboards and insights that empower teams and leaders to act independentlyEnsure that operating mechanisms reinforcespeed, accountability, and quality, rather than control‑driven behavioursEnsure leaders and governance forums are supported withaccurate, timely, and actionable insights,

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
