Come join our team at the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE)!The CNE, often affectionately referred to as The Ex, is Canada’s largest community event and one of the top ten agricultural fairs in North America, attracting approximately 1.6 million visitors annually over the course of its 18-day run. With something for everyone, the CNE offers a wide range of attractions and interactive entertainment experiences including: concerts, midway rides and games, shopping, exhibits, tech and gaming hubs, food and wacky treats!Join the team and be part of this summer tradition, helping us inspire Canadians and create memories!ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer serviceRespond to guest online ticketing inquiries via phone, emailTroubleshoot and resolve guest online ticketing issuesUpdate database and maintain paper records as appropriatePerform daily office administrative duties and other duties as requiredRequired SkillsMust have the ability to work independently and in a team environmentAttention to detailAbility to work under pressureAbility to communicate effectively in writing and orallyGood organizational skillsExcellent telephone mannerProven customer service, troubleshooting and conflict resolution skillsComfortable working with a variety of computer applications, including Microsoft Access, Excel,
Outlook and WordDiplomacy and ability to represent the CNE to corporate clients, guests and partnersRequired QualificationsAvailable to work the full 18 days of the fair (August 21 - Sept. 7, 2026)Available to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends, during the period leading up to the CNEAvailable to attend Mandatory Orientation Session and Job Specific TrainingYou have a robust customer service background, the desire to help people, and possess excellent communication skills.
