The Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily operations and administrative tasks that support the overall logistics efficiency.LocationOnsite at the Regina Distribution CentreWhat You’ll Be DoingDaily reporting and ongoing verification/compilation of paperworkSupport operations working in a rapid paced and dynamic environmentEffective communication and customer service skills as this position requires direct contact with internal and external customers or third-party carriers.Investigate and complete customer credit requestsParticipate in daily, weekly, and monthly inventory activitiesPerform other related duties and projects as assignedEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExperiencePreferable experience with SAP, and/or similar ERP systems experience using business process management softwareExperience working within a dispatch or warehouse environment would be preferableSkillsExceptional data-entry speed and accuracyAbility to problem solve and take ownership in your responsibilitiesProven ability to produce accurate, efficient and timely documentationProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skillsCompensationSalary range? $39,600-$49,500 CAD per year.
