As a Tax Partner, you will engage with long-standing clients while identifying current business opportunities. This position requires strong leadership in multistate taxation, including compliance reviews and residency issues. Your 15+ years of experience will guide staff and inform strategic decisions across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multistate consulting and compliance efforts
• Conduct technical reviews of state tax returns
• Analyze tax legislation for client relevance
• Support clients with audit defense strategies
• Develop training and mentoring programs for staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Certified CPA, EA, or JD credentials
• Minimum 15 years in state taxation
• At least 7 years in a supervisory role
• Advanced degree or specialized tax experience preferred
