Ledcor Highways Ltd. is hiring motivated operators for winter and seasonal maintenance work. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy equipment such as snowplow trucks and wheel loaders. This role involves physical tasks and outdoor work, responding to Alberta's diverse weather patterns throughout the year, offering a rewarding career in road safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplow trucks and heavy machinery
• Maintain Alberta's highways year-round
• Perform crack sealing and pothole repairs
• Assist with bridge cleaning and hazard remediation
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement
• Successful completion of drug testing
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Three-year transparent driver’s abstract
• Previous snowplow operating experience is a plus
