You will support, troubleshoot, deploy, and improve diverse technologies for local and remote users, ensuring reliable operations across the business. As part of the Testing and Infrastructure Support section, you will manage Windows infrastructure, backups with HPE/Veeam, and core services such as AD, DNS, VPN, and security platforms, while collaborating with a cross-functional team.
