Overview The Office Services Team Lead plays a key role in creating a seamless, high-quality workplace experience across our downtown Vancouver corporate offices. This role provides day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to the Office Services team, ensuring exceptional service delivery in all areas of office administration and employee support. Working closely with the Corporate Facilities team, the Team Lead helps drive a consistent, One Ledcor approach to workplace operations, fostering a collaborative, service-oriented environment that enhances the overall employee experience.Essential Responsibilities Provides guidance to the Office Services team, directing daily activities and workload allocation, and coaching and mentorship of team members to ensure a high level of customer service to the organizationCollaborates with the Corporate Facilities team to align office services and facilities management and delivers a consistent and positive employee experiencePerforms and supports space planning initiatives and office moves, including gathering and analyzing occupancy and utilization dataCoordinates and supports communicating office moves including scheduling, stakeholder engagement and vendor coordinationLiaises with the landlord property management team to address issues related to security and access, maintenance, cleaning,
construction and office movesDevelops robust relationships with service providers to ensure quality and responsiveness in service deliveryManages relationships with vendors and suppliers to maintain optimum service levels on behalf of the organizationReviews and negotiates service vendor contracts as requiredCreates and maintains CMS (Core Management System) processes and procedures and manuals for the admin team and reception deskQualifications 5+ years of experience in office administration or office management within a large corporate environment2–3 years of experience in a team lead or office manager capacityAbility to effectively supervise and develop a team of 4–5 direct reports (Receptionists, Administrative Assistants)High School diploma or equivalent required; Two-year Diploma or Vocational program in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field preferredProven experience working collaboratively with internal teams and external vendorsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with workplace or facilities management systems such as iOfficeStrong organizational, communication,
and presentation skillsBroad working knowledge of corporate facilities operations and administrative workflowsWorking Conditions Ability to perform regular office floor walks and occasional light liftingOn-site work five days per week in an office-based environmentCompensation $62,400.00 - $85,800.00This is the expected base pay range for this role.
