Shape the next generation of professionals at the University of Toronto as a Sessional Lecturer for KIN8330H. Teach Program Evaluation and Applied Research with a focus on hands-on learning.
This position requires a PhD preferred in a relevant area or equivalent experience. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of course content while engaging students through lectures, discussions, and assignments. The course runs from January 1 to April 30, 2027, at the St. George campus in Downtown Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and teach university-level course material
• Develop and administer assignments, tests, and exams
• Calculate and submit students' final grades
• Hold regular office hours and provide student support
• Supervise teaching assistants, if applicable
Requirements:
• PhD preferred or equivalent expertise
• Relevant teaching experience in higher education
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
• Skills in course evaluation methods
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learners
