Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily assistance with personal hygiene and activities
• Facilitate community participation for individuals served




• Administer medications and monitor health requirements
• Prepare meals and maintain a hygienic living environment
• Cultivate robust relationships and collaborative support

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a relevant social service field
• Valid Ontario ‘G’ driver’s license and clean abstract
• Completed CPIC with Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Prior experience with intellectual disabilities preferred
• Open availability for versatile shifts
