As a Sales Training & Development Consultant, your mission will be to develop foundational training for new hires and ongoing sales skills enhancement for the team. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will instill a high-performance sales culture while utilizing data analytics for performance monitoring. Your role will also focus on gathering insights for program evaluation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:



• Create and conduct current hire sales training sessions • Develop advanced training for existing sales team members • Collaborate with leadership to enhance sales culture • Identify coaching prospects through performance monitoring • Use data for training program assessment and enhancement

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Communications preferred • 3+ years of experience in sales coaching or training • Robust skills in facilitating training sessions • Experience with sales training program design • Ability to analyze data to inform coaching strategies
