With over 29,000 emergency visits annually, this role involves managing high-acuity patients with significant teaching opportunities available through the University of Manitoba's satellite campus. The centre serves a large geographical area and emphasizes teamwork in a busy setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide emergency medical care for various patient presentations
• Collaborate with the provincial trauma service




• Participate in teaching clinical clerk positions and resident training
• Maintain current certifications in PALS, ACLS, and ATLS
• Utilize Point of Care Ultrasound as needed

Requirements:
• Medical Degree with CCFP (or equivalent) or FRCPC
• Current licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba
• ATLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Procedural Sedation training within 6 months
• Availability for various work hours
