As the Account Director, you are responsible for supporting various client account portfolio s effectively supporting the client relationship, driving business growth, and delivering successful agri-marketing campaigns.

Lead, Manage & Hold others Accountable. ~ Strategic Planning & Client Management ~ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns. ~ Lead and mentor the team of account managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. ~ Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement. ~ Oversee budget management and financial forecasting for assigned accounts. ~ Monitor project profitability and identify opportunities for cost optimization. ~ Identify potential new business opportunities within the client account s.



Contribute to the AdFarm’s overall business growth and strategic direction. ~ Quality Control ~ A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field is required. ~10+ years of experience in client service, marketing direction or a related role within an advertising or marketing agency are essential. ~ Strong organizational and time management skills ~ A solid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and contract negotiations ~ The ability to think critically, analyze market trends, and develop cutting-edge marketing strategies ~ Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success.
