Working with the Donor Services team, you’ll handle donations, manage donor records, and uphold a robust standard of service while contributing to the mission of lasting community impact. This position offers hands-on experience in an ever-evolving operational workplace with a focus on up-to-date, system-based donation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process donations and maintain accurate donor records
• Provide high-level customer service support
• Monitor and correct processing errors promptly
• Create and process electronic donations efficiently
• Respond to inquiries using established protocols
Requirements:
• High school diploma and relevant coursework
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service or donations processing
• Familiarity with Salesforce as a CRM tool
• Attention to detail and process adherence
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
