Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards in commercial settings
Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials to ensure operational readiness
Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) during all cleaning activities
Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance
Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently and effectively

Qualifications




Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols in commercial settings
Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and pressure washers safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Must reside at Carman, MB
Must have a transportation
Must have a transparent police record
