and document experiments with 6-axis industrial robotsDevelop advanced routines for commissioning, calibration, and motion optimizationPerform failure analysis, collect data, and perform SPC (Statistical Process Control)Develop and integrate machine vision solutions for part detection, measurement, and station setupTune vision systems for high accuracy and repeatability in real-world conditionsDesign, prototype, and validate custom end-of-arm tooling and robot jigsWork with 3D printing, basic machining, and epoxy-based assemblyCreate and maintain clear documentation for robotic procedures, setups, and tool configurationsAssist in training team members and transferring developed processes to manufacturing site in ThailandOperate within a cleanroom environment wearing appropriate PPEWork with microscopes, metrology tools (e.G.
