Key Responsibilities:



• Provide mentorship to support academic and social learning • Connect with students in individual and small group interactions • Collaborate with educators and parents for personalized strategies • Assist in achieving IEP goals alongside student support teams • Promote HCOS values through nurturing interactions

Requirements: • Background in Education, Behaviour Intervention, or related fields • Educational Assistant certification is favorable • Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills • Strong technological skills in various platforms • Commitment to the values embodied by KCCS
