Role Description The Automotive Detailer is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. This role is responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles, including interior and exterior washing, vacuuming, polishing, and applying protective treatments to ensure each vehicle meets dealership quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include performing thorough inspections before and after detailing, identifying areas needing extra attention, and maintaining a clean, organized work area and equipment.

Detailer will also assist with prepping vehicles for delivery or showroom display,



support the service team with vehicle flow, and interact with customers and colleagues in a skilled, courteous manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Auto Detailing and Car Wash operations, including interior cleaning, exterior washing, polishing, and basic paint and surface care.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members, and to understand and follow detailing instructions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Exterior care, including safe use of cleaning agents, tools, and equipment to protect vehicle finishes and trim.
- Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions.
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related automotive service role is an asset.
- Reliable transportation, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
