We’re hiring Automotive Service Advisors with competitive wages of $19.00–$25.00/hour available , including opportunities for those looking to start or grow their career in the automotive industry.
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the link between our customers and our technicians. You’ll help customers understand what their vehicle needs, coordinate repairs and services, and make sure they have a positive experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
Welcome customers and determine their automotive service and repair needs
Respond to customer inquiries both in person and over the phone
Prepare estimates and provide customers with clear information about recommended services
Schedule appointments and manage daily service bookings
Create, update and manage work orders
Review completed work and recommendations with customers
Communicate directly with technicians to ensure customer needs are understood
Explain warranty and service contract coverage, including applicable provisions and exclusions
Help grow the Service Department by identifying opportunities to recommend appropriate maintenance and services
Operate our computerized work order system and cash register
Maintain a professional, friendly and customer-focused environment
Complete other duties as required

Able to handle challenging customer situations professionally A team player who enjoys working with technicians and fellow advisors In possession of a valid driver’s licence
