About the Role

Lankin Investments is seeking a highly creative and performance‑driven Paid Media Content Specialist to create compelling visual content that generates qualified leads and supports investor acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

This is not a traditional social media content role. Youll be responsible for producing conversion‑focused creative—including video, graphics, motion design, and ad concepts that are specifically designed for paid media campaigns. Working closely with our Digital Marketing team, youll continuously develop, test, and optimize creative assets that improve campaign performance and drive measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate understands that great creative is both visually engaging and performance‑driven, using data and creative testing to continually improve results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high‑converting video content for paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Design static, carousel, display,
  
  
  
  and motion graphic assets optimized for digital advertising.
• Develop engaging creative tailored to different audience segments, campaign objectives, and stages of the customer journey.
• Create multiple creative variations for ongoing A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Write compelling ad hooks, headlines, and creative concepts that capture attention and increase conversions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience producing creative for paid media, digital advertising, or performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high‑performing video and graphic content created specifically for paid advertising.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience creating content for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Strong understanding of creative testing, conversion‑focused storytelling, and paid media best practices.
• Experience with videography, photography, lighting, and audio production.
• Excellent visual storytelling, creative thinking, and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast‑paced environment.
