Who We AreAisle is a science-backed, B Corp Certified period underwear brand on a mission to make periods a little less annoying and a lot less taboo. Founded in 1993 and women-led ever since, we make PFAS-free, OEKO-TEX certified underwear designed to actually work — and we talk about periods the way we wish everyone would: openly, wittily, and without apology.

We're a Certified Living Wage Employer and we build a brand voice to match our values: playful, sharp, and grounded in real science. Think Reformation's confidence, Glossier's community intimacy, Rhode's polish, Arrae's wellness credibility, and Oura's data-backed trust — filtered through Aisle's own sense of humor.

Position OverviewThe Brand and Community Marketing Manager owns the relationships that make Aisle feel like a brand people actually want to talk about, and to. This role sits at the intersection of content, social strategy and community building, with a heavy focus on influencer partnerships, UGC, and gifting programs that turn customers and creators into advocates.

You'll set the social content and channel strategy, assess content needs, and build out the influencer, UGC, and gifting engine that fuels organic growth. You'll also support broader community efforts, PR, events, and partnerships — working closely with the CMO to keep Aisle's presence consistent, culturally sharp, and community-first across every touchpoint.
