Key Responsibilities: • Ensure student and guest safety during activities • Motivate and manage a robust team of instructors • Conduct morning meetings and oversee lesson organization • Assist with scheduling and office administration • Provide on-snow supervision and instruction

Requirements: • CSIA/PSIC/CASI Level 3 certification • Robust background in snow sports and Big Mountain culture • Solid grasp of instructional methodologies • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Robust English communication abilities
