Weekdays Weekends Holidays
Make beds, change sheets and distribute clean towels and toiletries;
Clean and replenish coffee service and amenities;
Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies;
Stock linen closets and other supplies' areas;
Clean, disinfect and polish bathroom fixtures and appliances;
Clean and disinfect public areas (lobby/reception/rest rooms);
Pick up debris and empty trash containers;
Wash windows, walls and ceilings when necessary;
Report maintenance issues to management;
Report and store lost and found items;
Sort laundry and operate washing machines and dryers to clean and dry bed linens, towels and other articles;
Treat stained and heavily soiled articles as per property guidelines;
Separate and fold laundered articles;
Mix and add detergents;
Store cleaned items in linen closet;
Maintain inventories of products, materials and amenities in stock
