• Process and reconcile payroll adjustments and calculations • Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS • Prepare supplementary payroll payments as required • Administer pension-related payroll information • Support audit and compliance activities

Requirements: • Relevant post-secondary education in accounting or HR • A minimum of three years payroll experience • Familiarity with labour relations practices • Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems • Robust problem-solving and communication skills
