Snow Removal Crew Leader , you’ll lead and support a
team of 2–3 crew members
during snow events. You’ll ensure all work is completed
safely, efficiently, and to Strathmore’s quality standards , while maintaining team morale and explicit communication on-site. When a snowstorm is forecast, shifts are posted in our mobile app , and you’ll confirm your crew’s availability. Teams meet at our LaSalle office
and
depart together by truck
to service our corporate clients across the Montreal area . At the end of each shift, the crew returns together to the departure point . It’s hands-on, outdoor work — you’ll stay active and lead by example in challenging winter conditions! Major Responsibilities Leadership:

1 year of experience
supervising a team in a physically demanding environment (landscaping or snow removal an asset) Valid Class 5 driver’s license
with a clean driving record Reliable and punctual

outdoors in cold, windy, snowy conditions, day or night Must have
reliable transportation
