and surface defects using appropriate tools and techniquesInspect finished products to ensure quality standards are achievedFollow quality control procedures and identify opportunities for improvementMaintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detailSafety & TeamworkFollow all workplace health and safety proceduresPractice safe lifting, handling, and material movement techniquesReport unsafe conditions and contribute to a safe working environmentCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team membersComplete assigned tasks according to production schedules and deadlinesSupport other production activities as requiredQualifications and Skills:Previous CNC Press Brake experience requiredExperience finishing and polishing stainless steel products requiredStainless steel fabrication experience preferredAbility to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprintsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityExperience using measuring and inspection toolsManufacturing experience preferredAutomotive body repair or refinishing experience considered an assetAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to lift and handle materials safelyWillingness to work overtime when requiredMust be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaAt Adecco our purpose is simple: to make the future work for everyone.
