Role Description The Business Analyst will support decision-making and project execution by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and identifying opportunities for improvement. This part-time, remote role involves working with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to document workflows, define business needs, and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and value. Daily responsibilities include conducting data-driven analyses, preparing reports and presentations, and translating technical information into clear business insights.

The Business

Analyst will also help align project objectives with organizational goals, contribute to planning and resource allocation, and maintain accurate documentation for ongoing and future projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document,



and translate stakeholder needs into actionable specifications.
- Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, assess, and optimize workflows within construction and project environments.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present findings clearly and concisely.
- Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part time workloads, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, basic project management tools).
- A degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if experience is demonstrated.
