Focus on training delivery, content management, and Trainee coaching for impactful results.Reporting to the Manager of Dealer Training & Development, you will support the end-to-end delivery of training programs for recent Dealers. Your expertise will be critical in coordinating training plans, developing a network of contacts, and monitoring Trainee performance through data analysis and thoughtful coaching.Key Responsibilities:
Support planning and coordination of training programs
Manage curriculum content for Dealer training initiatives
Establish a network of Subject Matter Experts and business contacts
Identify and address any performance gaps in training
Provide coaching and feedback to enhance Trainee performanceRequirements:
Canadian Tire Retail Store experience preferred
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Solid customer focus with relationship management skills
