Calgary Humane

Society seeks a Program Leader to coordinate and conduct educational activities centered on animal welfare. You’ll facilitate shelter tours, camps, and birthday parties while teaching compassion, respect, and responsibility towards animals. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse age groups. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and conduct humane education activities and presentations
- Facilitate groups up to thirty in various educational programs




- Assist with on-site and off-site presentations and inquiries
- Develop and maintain program materials and resources
- Model responsible pet ownership and animal interactions Requirements:
- Flexible schedule with a high school diploma preferred
- Over 18; must pass a Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- Experience working with children and leadership skills
- Current First Aid certification required
