Role Description The Client Relations Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Calgary, AB. This position is responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely, accurate communication about services and case progress. Day-to-day tasks include managing client intake, scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and coordinating with legal team members to support a smooth client experience.

The role also involves handling basic customer support issues, tracking client feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
