Crossroads Law is seeking a Reception & Client Intake Coordinator to join our team-oriented team in our Vancouver office. The role requires delivering exceptional client service, greeting visitors, triaging calls, and supporting intake with consultations and conflict checks.

The ideal candidate has 3 years' experience in a law firm reception or intake role, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills. This is a full-time, in-office position with Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.
