You’ll own store results while delivering an exceptional customer experience.**What You’ll Do*** Lead daily store operations and ensure operational excellence* Recruit, train, coach, and manage store teams* Drive sales, KPIs, labour, and budget performance* Create a robust customer-focused sales culture* Manage inventory, merchandising, and reporting* Ensure compliance with provincial cannabis regulations* Verify ID and follow all company policies and procedures**About You*** 3+ years of retail or customer service experience with leadership responsibility* Strong sales, people leadership, and operational skills* Cannabis, liquor,
