OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well‑maintained workspace while developing skills in commercial cleaning and maintenance operations.DutiesPerform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipmentMaintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, windows, and surfaces to high standardsRestock supplies such as paper towels, soap,



and toilet paper as neededConduct routine facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to managementEnsure all cleaning procedures comply with health and safety regulationsAssist with special cleaning projects or deep‑cleaning tasks as scheduledFollow established safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environmentRequirementsYour Qualifications:Knowledge and experience in effective cleaning practices and procedures, requiredPhysical stamina to safely walk, stand, kneel, stretch, climb, lift, move etc. to effectively meet the six stages of cleaning, requiredDetailed approach in all aspects of cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting of all rooms and surfaces, and attention to extras such as garbage collecting and disposal, interior window washing, bed linen changing, laundry, dishes, etc., and organizing interiors such as fridge, closet, cupboard, etc.A keen eye for details, a love of cleaning, and inherently organizedA valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, requiredWeekday availability between 8:00am-6:00pm, minimum 3-6 hrs per dayThis role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities.
