Job Title: Project ManagerJob ID: 87683Location: Burnaby, British ColumbiaOverviewThis role will lead multiple projects to support Non-Wires Alternatives solutions where we use energy efficiency and demand response programs to solve localized capacity constraints. Work will involve research projects, develop and implement plans to increase engagement and participation in various programs. Coordination with various internal and external stakeholders for recruitment and engagement efforts.ResponsibilitiesManage each project from planning through implementation to final evaluation.Develop and manage schedules and activity lists for execution.Develop and execute highly targeted recruitment strategies and supporting communications materials to meet participant targets in collaboration with marketing and brand strategy.Develop and implement reporting mechanisms and key performance indicators.Execute the strategy and supporting tactics; monitor and report results regularly.Liaison with various internal stakeholders and staff to provide guidance, address inquiries, project process, and coordinate activities.Develop and implement a range of processes,



policies and procedures under which each project will operate.Work with a variety of external vendors and partners to ensure each project stays on track and meets objectives.Work with customers to address any issues or concerns that arise with the project.Manage and execute any procurement needs of the project.Develop and execute contingency plans as necessary to meet goals.Undertake various supporting tasks to complete the project including procurement, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), data requests (CDRs), data analysis, and troubleshooting.Provide project management and oversight for all assigned projects.Coordinate resources to conduct evaluation of projects.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related disciplineProject Management Professional (PMP) designation, preferredIntermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)Advanced English skills for professional environment, written and spokenExcellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated experience developing and executing marketing and communication plansAbility to learn about current technologies and apply them to business objectivesWell developed business acumen and understanding of the energy industryExperience with new product development, an assetKnowledge of the company internal processes such as Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), procurement, customer data requests, CEM operations, an assetExcellent customer service and ability to develop customer-focused solutionsAdvanced written and verbal communication skillsSalary/Rate Range: $45.00 - $55.00 per hourTerm: 12-month contract; most likely to extend#J-18808-Ljbffr
