This role emphasizes collaboration with leadership and stakeholders to enhance our operational efficiency through data-driven insights and structured decision-making processes.Key Responsibilities:
Optimize internal processes and governance structures
Develop future-state process models and resolve gaps
Analyze options and provide recommendations to leadership




Evaluate the impact of strategic changes on processes
Document objectives and outcomes for transparencyRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Solid skills in requirements definition and process analysis
Proven experience in supporting cross-functional initiatives
