As the Chief Executive Officer & Chief Librarian, you will manage daily operations and collaborate with the Library Board to develop strategic visions. Your role will include integrating contemporary technology and enhancing financial and community relations to ensure the library serves the growing community effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for library growth
• Serve as the statutory Board Treasurer managing budgets
• Foster partnerships with local businesses and civic groups




• Lead a team focused on operational excellence
• Cultivate donors and manage grant writing
Requirements:
• MLIS or equivalent degree is preferred
• 5 years of library experience with 3+ in management
• Expertise in public library standards and municipal practices
• Proficiency with Integrated Library Systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
