From Preschool to Grade 12, our students learn and succeed in programs that are recognized for excellence and their focus on citizenship and sound values.Hours of Work:12.0hrs/week; (2 days 6.0 hrs./day); Part Time, ProbationaryHourly Rate:$28.32 per hour, as per the CUPE Collective Agreement.The Occupational Therapy Assistant works collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support student participation, independence and success within educational environments by implementing programs under the supervision of a registered Occupational Therapists. This role is integral in promoting student success through targeted interventions, collaborative planning, and comprehensive documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement high-quality, evidence-based interventions to students, under the supervision and guidance of the Occupational TherapistSupport students in developing fine motor, self-regulation, sensory processing, visual-motor and functional skills for the educational environmentFacilitate individual, small-group and large group interventions under the direction of the OTWork collaboratively with ILT consultants and therapy assistants, teachers,
