Your expertise will ensure customer satisfaction and quality repairs.In this pivotal role at CSN Collision, you will focus on providing detailed damage assessments and effective communication with customers, insurers, and vendors. With 3 to 5 years in collision estimating, you’ll understand the complexities of repair issues and apply your knowledge of estimating software to achieve optimal results throughout the repair process.Key Responsibilities:
Write accurate estimates reflecting all vehicle damages
Verify repair processes meet client and OEM standards
Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks
Communicate effectively about repairs and timelines
Manage all aspects of part sourcing and invoicingRequirements:
Experience with Mitchell Connect and Audatex
At least 3 years in a similar role
Class 5 Driver's License mandatory
Familiarity with insurance practices and compliance training
