We're partnering with a high-performing real estate investment firm in Downtown Toronto that is looking to add a polished, ambitious Analyst to their Asset Management team. What You'll Bring
A minimum of three years of progressive experience within commercial real estate, ideally in asset management, acquisitions, investments, valuation, or financial analysis
A strong academic record and a degree from a well-regarded university in Commerce, Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline
Hands-on ARGUS experience is required
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills




A solid understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, including leasing, valuations, cash flow analysis, financing, and asset performance
The ability to interpret complex financial information and communicate meaningful insights
Robust analytical skills, commercial judgment, and exceptional attention to detail
Clear and confident communication skills
