Key Responsibilities:
• Dispatch operational resources and monitor event status
• Manage communications via radio channels and phones
• Operate CAD software for real-time event tracking




• Follow up on pending events and elevate issues as needed
• Train and onboard recent staff members effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum of four years in an operational or dispatch setting
• Robust customer service and relationship-building skills
• Competent in keyboarding, achieving 35 words per minute
• Familiarity with CAD software or related tools preferred
• Rotational shift availability is essential
