Key Responsibilities: • Deliver and maintain inclusive sports programming • Schedule events and manage resource allocation • Support volunteers and coaches in their roles • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and community members • Create reports on program effectiveness and participation
Requirements: • Degree in kinesiology, social work, or similar • At least four years in a supervisory position • Experience with at-risk youth in sports settings • Strong leadership and communication capabilities • Current driver’s license and willingness for training
