Position: Customer Experience AssociateWork Location: Edmundston, New Brunswick, CanadaHours: 15Pay Range: $22.00 – $27.21 CADResponsibilitiesProcess financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.Determine customer needs and recommend tailored banking solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters.Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities as required.Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated,
