Responsibilities
Conduct regular patrols of the property to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards
Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to oversee all areas of the premises
Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, and coordinate with law enforcement if necessary
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations
Assist visitors and staff with inquiries while ensuring access control protocols are followed
Conduct loss prevention activities by identifying potential security breaches or theft risks
Collaborate with management to develop and implement security strategies
Qualifications
Prior experience in law enforcement, security,
or related fields is preferred
Knowledge of surveillance systems and CCTV operation is highly desirable
Robust understanding of loss prevention techniques and security protocols
Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Good communication skills for effective reporting and interaction with team members and the public
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed
