The Placement and Community Partner Support Officer will work from September 2026 to June 2027, aiding in clinical placements and community partnerships within the School of Nursing. The role ensures compliance and provides high-quality support to various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain community partner access in Preplacement database
• Coordinate facility orientation and onboarding for students
• Ensure compliance with onboarding requirements
• Deliver front-line service via phone and email
• Organize community engagement activities like job fairs
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-year post-secondary education in Office Administration
• At least 1 year of relevant office experience
• Experience in educational or healthcare environments
• Robust skills in Microsoft Office and databases
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
