Compensation & Advantages

- Total Wage Package: $71.16
- Base Rate: $53.37hour (based on 40-hour workweek)
- Vac/Stat: $5.34
- Health & Welfare/RRSP: $12.45
- Travel and Board: $150 (entitlement as per Hydro One Collective Agreement)
- Possible overtime on projects
- Work conditions and compensation packages are among the most competitive in the Canadian construction industry

Shift / Hours

- Shift could vary:
- Monday to Thursday
- 4 days x 10hrs - overtime as required





Work Scope Electrical installations; inside work involves wiring protection & control installations, pulling cables, terminating & removing cable, telecom installation cat 5&6 cable terminations, fiber optic installations. Outside work; includes removal & installation of air break switches, insulators, breakers, surge arrestors & transformer, operating man lifts, fork lifts, and working in heights. Predominantly working in a high voltage environment. Work Locations: Marathon and surrounding areas

Work Environment: inside/outside work, confined spaces
